Responsibilities
- Handle complex customer inquiries across multiple channels (voice, chat, email)
- Resolve escalated issues with empathy and technical proficiency
- Mentor new agents on best practices and company protocols
- Collaborate with product teams to improve customer-facing tools
- Analyze customer feedback to drive service enhancements
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution rates
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer service/BPO environment
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Fluent English with neutral accent
- Experience handling high-value accounts or technical support
- Basic data analysis capabilities
- Ability to work rotating shifts (including weekends)
- College degree or relevant certification
