Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk) to manage customer accounts and track interactions accurately.
- Resolve complex client escalations and complaints while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, billing questions, and technical troubleshooting.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback within the designated ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with team leads and quality assurance to optimize service scripts and processes.
Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or BPO environment.
- Fluent in English (Native or Near-Native proficiency).
- Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software platforms simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a night shift schedule (00:00 - 09:00 or 01:00 - 10:00).
- Excellent listening and verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
