Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of BPO/call center experience with leadership exposure
- Advanced proficiency in English (verbal and written)
- Expert knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Proven track record in exceeding customer satisfaction targets
- Ability to work flexible schedules including night shifts
