Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries across multiple channels (voice, chat, email)
- Resolve escalated customer issues with first-contact resolution expertise
- Maintain detailed case documentation in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality
- Analyze customer feedback to identify process improvement opportunities
- Mentor junior team members on best practices
- Meet/exceed KPIs for customer satisfaction and resolution times
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in high-volume BPO/call center environment
- Fluent in English with neutral accent and clear diction
- Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
- College degree preferred or equivalent vocational certification
- Strong typing speed (minimum 35 WPM)
- Experience handling VIP/escalated accounts
