Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple communication channels (voice, chat, email)
- Resolve complex client inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality
- Maintain performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
- Train new team members on processes and best practices
- Identify and escalate systemic issues to management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in customer service/BPO environment
- Fluent in English and Filipino with excellent communication skills
- Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven settings
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts
- College degree preferred (not required)
