Responsibilities
- Handle complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional resolution rates
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and process efficiency
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve escalated issues beyond standard protocols
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through feedback analysis
- Mentor junior team members on best practices and company standards
- Adhere strictly to data security and compliance regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in customer service or BPO environment
- Fluent in English with strong verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office
- Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced, high-volume settings
- Certificate in conflict resolution or customer experience preferred
- Experience with healthcare or financial services verticals a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills with analytical mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
