Responsibilities
- Handle complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional empathy and efficiency
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score through active listening and solution-driven approaches
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve escalated issues within SLA timelines
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Mentor junior agents on best practices and company standards
- Participate in regular training to stay updated on product knowledge and soft skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in customer service or BPO environment
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Strong problem-solving skills with analytical mindset
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Relevant certification in customer service or contact center management preferred
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy
