Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Develop and implement personalized solutions for high-value accounts
- Collaborate with product teams to identify service improvement opportunities
- Mentor junior specialists through performance coaching sessions
- Analyze customer feedback trends to drive strategic initiatives
- Master and train on multiple CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Lead VIP customer onboarding experiences
Qualifications
- 5+ years in customer service with 2+ years in senior/mentor roles
- Expertise in conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
- Proficient in CRM systems and data analysis tools
- Certification in Customer Experience (CCXP) preferred
- Proven ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with cross-functional project collaboration
- Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
