Responsibilities
- Manage high-priority customer escalations with empathy and solution-oriented mindset
- Analyze customer feedback trends to identify service improvement opportunities
- Train and mentor junior specialists on advanced communication techniques
- Collaborate with product teams to reduce recurring customer issues
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score across all interactions
- Develop personalized recovery solutions for VIP clients
- Contribute to knowledge base optimization and SOP refinement
Qualifications
- 5+ years in customer service with 2+ years in leadership/mentorship roles
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (additional languages highly valued)
- Expertise in Zendesk, Salesforce, and data visualization tools
- Proven track record of resolving complex technical inquiries
- Industry certification in Customer Experience Management (CXMC or CCXP)
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills
- Experience working in B2B SaaS or fintech environments
