Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Develop and maintain detailed knowledge bases for product/service troubleshooting
- Collaborate with product teams to identify and escalate recurring issues
- Mentor junior agents and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze customer feedback patterns to drive service enhancements
- Manage VIP client relationships with personalized support solutions
- Support omnichannel integration projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer service with demonstrated escalation handling
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce or Zendesk)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Certificate in Customer Experience Management preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Experience with quality assurance methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Spanish fluency a significant advantage
