Responsibilities
- Handle complex customer inquiries via voice, chat, and email with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve escalated issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of BPO/call center experience in senior roles
- Fluent in English with exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving abilities with emotional intelligence
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- College degree preferred or equivalent professional certification
- Experience in quality assurance and performance metrics
