Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and oversee the creative strategy for high-profile campaigns, ensuring alignment with client business goals.
- Team Management: Foster a culture of innovation and excellence, conducting regular performance reviews and creative workshops.
- Visual Direction: Define the aesthetic direction for projects, maintaining a sharp eye for typography, color theory, and layout.
- Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for creative discussions, presenting final concepts and managing feedback loops professionally.
- Project Oversight: Manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets.
- Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations to keep Lumina’s work cutting-edge.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in creative direction, art direction, or graphic design within an agency or in-house marketing department.
- Portfolio: A robust, online portfolio demonstrating a strong command of visual design, branding, and campaign execution.
- Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from concept to completion.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex creative concepts to non-creative stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communications, or a related field preferred.
