- Collaborate with strategy and account teams to ensure brand alignment
- Present creative work to C-suite clients and executive stakeholders
- Stay ahead of emerging media trends and technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in creative leadership with 5+ directing teams
- Portfolio demonstrating award-winning campaigns across multiple media
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion graphics
- Proven experience managing multi-million dollar budgets
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Design, or Communications
- Exceptional presentation skills and client relationship management
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
