Responsibilities

- Manage and mentor a diverse team of art directors, copywriters, and motion designers to deliver world-class content.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align creative strategies with business growth objectives and market trends.
- Oversee the creative execution of brand identity projects, ensuring absolute consistency across all global touchpoints.
- Drive innovation by integrating emerging technologies like generative AI and interactive media into the creative workflow.
- Pitch and present groundbreaking concepts to Tier-1 clients and internal leadership with authority and passion.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a creative leadership role within a top-tier agency or media house.
- A stellar portfolio demonstrating mastery in art direction, visual storytelling, and multi-channel brand strategy.
- Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary creative teams and complex, high-stakes project lifecycles.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite and modern design/prototyping tools like Figma.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-making at the C-suite level.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fine Arts, Communications, or a related creative field.
