Responsibilities
- Develop integrated communications strategies aligning client business objectives with creative vision
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution from concept ideation to final delivery
- Manage cross-functional teams including designers, copywriters, and videographers
- Drive content creation for social media, web, print, and experiential channels
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies quarterly
- Maintain client relationships through regular presentations and strategic reviews
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging creative technologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in creative communications with 3+ years in management roles
- Portfolio demonstrating award-winning campaigns across multiple platforms
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and content management systems
- Proven ability to manage budgets over $500K and lead teams of 5+ members
- Experience in entertainment, tech, or consumer goods industries preferred
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Excellent presentation skills and client-facing communication abilities
