Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives and SEO goals.
- Produce high-impact, long-form articles, case studies, and whitepapers that position our brand as an industry thought leader.
- Conduct deep keyword research and competitor analysis to identify and capture high-intent traffic opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Design and Product teams to create cohesive, user-centric messaging across all digital touchpoints.
- Maintain and evolve the company’s brand voice and style guide to ensure absolute consistency across all platforms.
- Analyze content performance metrics (CTR, dwell time, conversions) and iterate strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Interview internal subject matter experts to translate technical product features into benefit-driven narratives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional content writing experience, specifically within the SaaS or B2B technology sector.
- Expert-level proficiency with SEO suites such as Ahrefs, Semrush, and Clearscope.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating the ability to write for various formats, from technical documentation to persuasive marketing copy.
- Exceptional command of English with an uncompromising eye for detail, grammar, and narrative flow.
- Practical experience managing content within modern CMS platforms like Webflow, WordPress, or Contentful.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to navigate multiple deadlines in an agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
