- Manage end-to-end content production, from conceptualization and drafting to final edits.
- Analyze content performance metrics and iterate based on data-driven insights.
- Mentor junior writers to ensure a high standard of editorial excellence across the department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of professional writing experience in a SaaS or agency environment.

- Deep understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and on-page optimization.
