Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with SEO goals and business KPIs.
- Produce high-quality, long-form content including white papers, case studies, and expert-led articles.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to distill technical features into human-centric benefits.
- Conduct deep keyword research and competitive analysis to identify content gaps.
- Optimize existing assets for search engine performance and user experience (UX).
- Interview internal subject matter experts (SMEs) to extract unique industry insights.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital channels and touchpoints.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional writing experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of ranking content on page 1 of Google for competitive keywords.
- Exceptional grasp of English grammar, style, and tone-of-voice adaptation.
- Strong working knowledge of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Clearscope.
- Ability to interpret data and analytics to iterate on content strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience managing editorial calendars and working within a CMS like WordPress or Contentful.
