- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate complex features into user-centric narratives.
- Manage the editorial calendar and maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital channels.
- Conduct deep-dive keyword research to identify high-intent content opportunities.
- Analyze content performance metrics to refine and iterate on our ongoing content strategy.
- Interview subject matter experts to gather unique insights for thought leadership pieces.
- Edit and polish cross-functional drafts to ensure high-quality, error-free deliverables.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of professional writing experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Exceptional grasp of English grammar, syntax, and narrative structure.
- Proven track record of improving organic search rankings and driving lead generation.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or SurferSEO.
- Ability to distill technical jargon into accessible, engaging, and persuasive copy.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Portfolio showcasing published articles, white papers, or detailed long-form content.
