Responsibilities
- Develop data-driven content strategies that align with SEO and business goals.
- Write long-form articles, whitepapers, case studies, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to distill technical concepts into digestible insights.
- Optimize existing content for search engine rankings and user intent.
- Manage the editorial calendar and maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
- Analyze performance metrics to iterate on content effectiveness and ROI.
- Mentor junior writers and provide constructive editorial feedback.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in professional B2B SaaS writing.
- Proven track record of ranking content on page one of Google for competitive keywords.
- Exceptional grasp of American English, grammar, and narrative pacing.
- Deep understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush), and Google Analytics.
- Ability to adapt tone and style for various buyer personas.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or equivalent experience.
