Responsibilities
- Research and write high-quality long-form content including white papers, case studies, and pillar blog posts.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar aligned with SEO targets and marketing goals.
- Optimize existing content for search intent and performance metrics using Ahrefs and Google Analytics.
- Collaborate with product managers and subject matter experts to translate technical features into engaging stories.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and collateral.
- Conduct deep competitor analysis to identify content gaps and opportunities.
- Mentor junior staff and provide editorial feedback on team drafts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4+ years of professional writing experience, preferably in the B2B SaaS space.
- Proven track record of ranking content on page one of Google for competitive keywords.
- Exceptional grasp of SEO principles, including on-page optimization and link-building strategies.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- Proficiency in WordPress, Google Analytics, and SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, feedback-heavy editorial environment.
