- Collaborate with Product and SEO teams to identify content gaps and optimization opportunities.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital channels and platforms.
- Interview subject matter experts to translate technical insights into engaging narratives.
- Manage the editorial calendar and ensure timely delivery of all content assets.
- Analyze content performance metrics to refine and iterate on future strategy.
- Edit and proofread internal documentation for clarity, grammar, and style adherence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional writing experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of producing SEO-optimized content that ranks on Page 1.
- Exceptional grasp of American English grammar, syntax, and narrative structure.
- Experience using CMS platforms like WordPress, Contentful, or Webflow.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, keyword research, and audience segmentation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Portfolio demonstrating a versatile writing style across different mediums.
