- Interview subject matter experts (SMEs) to synthesize complex concepts into accessible prose.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital channels and platforms.
- Optimize existing content assets to improve search rankings and user engagement.
- Monitor content performance metrics and iterate based on analytical insights.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional writing experience in the B2B SaaS or technology sector.
- Exceptional command of English grammar, syntax, and editorial standards.
- Proven track record of managing content workflows and meeting tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and on-page optimization.
- Ability to translate complex technical jargon into compelling human-centric stories.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across various content formats.
