Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies across blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and implement SEO best practices to maximize organic search visibility and drive high-intent traffic.
- Collaborate closely with graphic designers, SEO specialists, and marketing managers to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Edit and proofread content produced by junior writers and external contributors to ensure exceptional quality and brand alignment.
- Analyze content performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to optimize future campaigns.
- Interview industry thought leaders and subject matter experts to create authoritative, long-form pillar content.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and content formatting innovations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in digital content writing, copywriting, or a similar role.
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating versatility across B2B and B2C content styles.
- Deep understanding of SEO principles, keyword placement, and search intent.
- Proficiency with Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and basic HTML formatting.
- Flawless grammar, an eagle eye for detail, and the ability to adapt tone and voice quickly.
- Experience in a fast-paced agency environment is a strong plus.
