- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical product features into accessible, benefit-driven content
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of 15+ pieces of high-quality content monthly
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to identify content gaps and opportunities
- Optimize existing content for readability, engagement, and conversion using data-driven insights
- Lead content strategy for product launches, generating pre-launch buzz and post-launch documentation
- Maintain consistent brand voice across all channels while adapting tone for diverse audiences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional content writing experience with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in B2B tech content
- Proven track record of improving SEO rankings and organic traffic through content strategy
- Exceptional command of English grammar, style, and AP/Chicago Manual of Style guidelines
- Proficiency with content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot) and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush)
