This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work remotely 2 days/week while collaborating with innovative teams in our vibrant Austin studio.
As our content architect, you'll craft everything from thought leadership whitepapers to viral social snippets, ensuring every piece aligns with our brand's mission to make technology human-centric. You'll work directly with CMOs and product leads to develop content strategies that convert, and your words will directly impact our $50M+ annual revenue stream.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategies across digital platforms (blog, social, email, web)
- Create SEO-optimized long-form content (articles, whitepapers, case studies) ranking in top 3 positions
- Collaborate with design team to produce visually engaging infographics and multimedia content
- Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and HubSpot to optimize content ROI
- Maintain brand voice consistency across all touchpoints while adapting to platform nuances
- Manage content calendar and coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely delivery
- Conduct audience research and competitive analysis to identify content opportunities
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional writing experience with portfolio demonstrating conversion-focused content
- Proven expertise in SEO best practices and content optimization tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs)
- Exceptional storytelling ability with samples ranging from technical to creative writing
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools
- Ability to distill complex technical concepts into accessible, engaging content
- Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and content performance measurement
