- Analyze audience metrics and campaign KPIs to iterate on performance and maximize ROI.

- Oversee the production of multi-format content including whitepapers, video scripts, and case studies.
- Manage relationships with external creative agencies and freelance contributors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably within a fast-paced agency or B2B tech environment.
- Proven track record of increasing engagement through SEO-optimized storytelling.
- Expertise in industry-standard tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, and CMS platforms (WordPress/Contentful).
- Exceptional copywriting and editorial skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong leadership capability with experience managing remote or hybrid teams.
