Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that drive organic traffic, brand authority, and lead generation.
- Manage an editorial calendar and lead a team of freelance writers, SEO specialists, and graphic designers.
- Analyze content performance metrics to optimize conversion rates and ROI across all digital channels.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align messaging with client objectives and market demands.
- Produce high-value assets including whitepapers, long-form articles, case studies, and email sequences.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to identify content gaps and emerging industry trends.
- Oversee brand voice and consistency across all public-facing communication channels.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, journalism, or corporate communications, preferably in an agency setting.
- Deep understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research tools (Ahrefs, Semrush), and content management systems (CMS).
- Proven track record of growing audiences and driving measurable revenue impact via content.
- Exceptional copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and stakeholders in a high-pressure environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Strong grasp of digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and HubSpot.
