Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-channel content strategy aligned with business KPIs.
- Manage the end-to-end production of high-value assets including white papers, case studies, and blog posts.
- Collaborate with SEO specialists to optimize site architecture and on-page content performance.
- Oversee external agency partners and freelance contributors to maintain brand consistency.
- Analyze content performance metrics to refine distribution tactics and audience engagement.
- Mentor junior marketing staff and foster a culture of creative excellence.
- Own the company newsletter and thought leadership programs on LinkedIn.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry.
- Expert-level proficiency in SEO strategy, keyword research, and Google Analytics 4.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a portfolio of published work.
- Proven track record of scaling organic traffic and lead generation through content.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders.
- Experience using CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow) and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
