Are you a master storyteller with a data-driven mindset? Vantage Growth Labs is looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager to lead our global content strategy. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand voice, driving organic growth, and creating high-impact campaigns that resonate with C-suite executives in the B2B tech space.
You will work alongside a high-performing creative team in our Manhattan headquarters, bridging the gap between creative excellence and performance analytics.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-channel content strategy to drive lead generation and brand authority.
- Manage the end-to-end editorial calendar, overseeing content production from ideation to distribution.
- Collaborate with SEO specialists to optimize long-form content, webinars, and whitepapers.
- Analyze performance metrics using GA4, SEMrush, and Salesforce to iterate on content strategy.
- Lead and mentor a team of content creators, copywriters, and multimedia designers.
- Own the distribution strategy across LinkedIn, email newsletters, and industry partner channels.
- Ensure all brand communications remain consistent across all customer touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in content marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of managing high-traffic blogs and successful demand-gen campaigns.
- Expertise in SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional editorial and copywriting skills with a deep understanding of user intent.
- Proficiency in CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow) and marketing automation tools (HubSpot).
