Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-channel content strategy that aligns with business growth goals.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of copywriters, designers, and SEO specialists.
- Conduct deep-dive keyword research and competitive analysis to identify content gaps and opportunities.
- Manage the editorial calendar, ensuring high-quality, consistent output across blog, social, and email channels.
- Analyze performance metrics using GA4 and SEMrush to refine strategies and report on ROI to executive leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to create high-value assets such as whitepapers, webinars, and case studies.
- Maintain and evolve the company’s brand voice across all touchpoints to ensure consistency and authority.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the SaaS or Agency landscape.
- Proven track record of scaling organic traffic and lead generation through strategic content.
- Deep expertise in SEO best practices, content architecture, and Google algorithm updates.
- Strong editorial and project management skills; ability to manage multiple complex campaigns simultaneously.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities with a sharp eye for detail.
- Experience using marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and analytics suites.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
