Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated communication strategies across digital, social, and traditional media channels
- Lead cross-functional teams of designers, copywriters, and digital producers to deliver cohesive campaigns
- Manage client relationships, pitch decks, and project lifecycles from concept to launch
- Analyze market trends and audience insights to inform creative direction and content strategy
- Oversee budget allocation and resource planning for high-profile client projects
- Mentor junior team members while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
Qualifications
- 8+ years in communications, PR, or creative agency with 4+ years in leadership roles
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic campaigns for Fortune 500 or cultural institutions
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, CMS platforms, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Sprout Social)
- Proven ability to translate complex brand narratives into multi-platform experiences
- Strong project management skills with PMP certification or equivalent experience
- BA/MA in Communications, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
