Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end cloud architectures on AWS/Azure for enterprise clients
- Lead cloud migration projects and optimize existing infrastructure for performance/cost
- Develop infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and security best practices
- Present technical solutions to C-level stakeholders and executive leadership
- Mentor junior architects and conduct peer code reviews
- Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and industry trends
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture with 3+ years in senior roles
- Expert-level AWS/Azure certifications (Solutions Architect Expert or equivalent)
- Proficiency in IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong background in network security and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2)
- Experience with multi-cloud environments and hybrid cloud solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related field
- Proven track record of delivering complex cloud projects on time and within budget
