Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems on AWS and Azure.
- Lead the migration of complex, multi-tier applications from on-premise environments to the cloud.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Implement robust security protocols and compliance standards across all cloud assets.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration strategies.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Conduct architectural reviews and cost-optimization audits to ensure peak operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 4 years focused on Cloud Architecture.
- Expertise in containerization technologies including Kubernetes, Docker, and OpenShift.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Go, or Bash.
- Deep understanding of networking protocols, VPNs, and VPC peering.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
