Responsibilities
- Architect multi-cloud solutions leveraging AWS/Azure/GCP services with 99.99% SLA targets
- Lead technical discovery workshops with CIOs to define cloud transformation roadmaps
- Develop Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation) templates for automated provisioning
- Conduct security audits and compliance assessments (SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR)
- Mentor DevOps engineers on CI/CD pipeline optimization and cost governance
- Present technical recommendations to executive stakeholders with ROI analysis
- Stay current with emerging cloud technologies through research labs and vendor partnerships
Qualifications
- 8+ years cloud architecture experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expert-level AWS/Azure/GCP certifications (Solutions Architect/Expert level)
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
- Strong background in Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless architectures
- Experience with FinOps frameworks and cloud cost optimization strategies
- Track record of designing solutions for 10k+ user environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to translate complex concepts for non-technical audiences
