Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/GCP infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Optimize cloud environments for performance, security, and cost-efficiency
- Lead migration projects from legacy systems to cloud-native architectures
- Develop CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and monitoring
- Implement robust security frameworks (IAM, VPC, WAF, encryption)
- Collaborate with development teams on cloud architecture best practices
- Document infrastructure designs and operational procedures
- Monitor system health and proactively address performance bottlenecks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering
- Expert proficiency in AWS or GCP services
- Strong hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, or similar IaC tools
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Understanding of network security and compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities
