Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure using Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Lead migration projects from legacy systems to cloud-native architectures
- Optimize cloud costs while maintaining 99.99% uptime across multi-region deployments
- Develop automation tools and scripts to streamline infrastructure management
- Conduct security audits and implement robust IAM and compliance frameworks
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure with 3+ years in senior roles
- Expertise in AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda) and Azure (ARM, Functions) with GCP familiarity
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong background in container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) and serverless architectures
- CI/CD mastery with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
- Cloud security certifications (CCSP, AWS Security Specialty, or Azure Security Engineer)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
