Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AWS/GCP infrastructure using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Automate CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, and ArgoCD
- Optimize cloud costs through architectural improvements and monitoring
- Implement security best practices including IAM policies and network security
- Lead incident response and system reliability engineering (SRE) initiatives
- Mentor junior engineers on cloud-native technologies and DevOps principles
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering with AWS/GCP
- Expertise in infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm)
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
- Certifications (AWS/GCP Solutions Architect preferred)
- Proven track record in optimizing cloud environments for performance and cost
