Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/GCP infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Architect microservices-based systems with Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Optimize cloud spend through continuous monitoring and cost analysis
- Lead incident response and root cause analysis for production systems
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or equivalent
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices
- Expert proficiency in AWS/GCP services and networking fundamentals
- Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or Bash
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Professional or equivalent
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana)
- Proven track record of leading complex migration projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
