Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure using Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Optimize cloud costs through architecture improvements and resource utilization strategies
- Lead migration projects from on-premises to cloud environments while maintaining zero-downtime operations
- Develop automation tools and scripts to streamline infrastructure provisioning and management
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud services
- Conduct security audits and implement robust compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2)
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience with 5+ years in cloud infrastructure
- Expert-level proficiency in AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, VPC) and Azure (ARM, Blob, Functions)
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
- Advanced knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Deep understanding of network security, encryption, and compliance standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems
- Strong communication skills with experience leading technical initiatives
