Nexus Scale Systems is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our core architecture team. You will be responsible for scaling, securing, and automating our multi-cloud environment to support millions of concurrent users globally. Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain highly available multi-region cloud environments.
- Lead the migration and optimization of containerized microservices on Kubernetes.
- Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates using Terraform.
- Implement advanced security protocols and continuous compliance monitoring.
- Collaborate with SRE teams to improve incident response and system reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and champion best practices in cloud governance.
- Drive cost-optimization initiatives across all cloud resource utilization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Expert-level proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Advanced scripting capabilities in Python, Go, or Bash.
- Deep understanding of networking, VPC, and load balancing configurations.
- Proven experience with Terraform or Pulumi for infrastructure automation.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.
