Responsibilities

  • Architect and maintain highly scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure on AWS.
  • Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes and increase release velocity.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation to ensure environment consistency.
  • Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortem processes to maximize system uptime.
  • Optimize cloud costs through granular resource monitoring and intelligent auto-scaling policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional software development teams to integrate security and observability best practices early in the SDLC.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering roles within a high-traffic production environment.
  • Deep expertise in AWS services (EKS, RDS, Lambda, VPC) and networking fundamentals.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and configuration management (Ansible).
  • Solid programming experience in Python, Go, or Bash for automation and tooling.
