Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage highly scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI to automate software delivery.
- Architect and manage container orchestration platforms, primarily Kubernetes, ensuring optimal performance and resource utilization.
- Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate new features, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance.
- Establish and maintain robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or similar.
- Drive continuous improvement in operational processes, disaster recovery, and security best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote a strong DevOps culture within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering role, with a focus on public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Deep expertise in containerization technologies, particularly Kubernetes and Docker.
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Go, Bash, or similar languages.
- Extensive experience with CI/CD methodologies and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
- Demonstrated understanding of networking, security, and performance best practices in a cloud environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork.
