Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain highly available, scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP.
- Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment workflows.
- Automate operational tasks through Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system reliability and performance.
- Establish and enforce robust monitoring, logging, and alerting strategies using Datadog or ELK.
- Drive incident response and conduct root cause analysis to ensure 99.99% uptime.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote DevOps best practices across the organization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with relevant certifications.
- Proven mastery of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Strong proficiency in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep knowledge of scripting and automation using Python, Go, or Bash.
- Experience with GitOps workflows and modern CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
