Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain highly available multi-region cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP.
- Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery.
- Lead the migration of legacy services to containerized Kubernetes environments.
- Proactively monitor system performance and implement automated remediation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to enforce security best practices and compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers and champion a culture of operational excellence and automation.
- Manage cloud costs through effective resource tagging and infrastructure optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Infrastructure roles.
- Advanced proficiency with AWS (EC2, EKS, RDS, S3) and Terraform.
- Expertise in container orchestration using Kubernetes (EKS/GKE).
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Go, or Bash.
- In-depth knowledge of monitoring and observability tools like Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana.
- Deep understanding of security, networking, and CI/CD methodologies.
