Responsibilities
- Design and maintain robust, scalable CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) utilizing Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
- Implement and maintain comprehensive monitoring and alerting stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
- Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
- Enforce security best practices, including IAM management, network segmentation, and vulnerability scanning.
- Participate in architectural reviews to advocate for scalability, cost-efficiency, and system reliability.
- Lead incident response protocols and contribute to post-mortem documentation for system improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) roles.
- Advanced proficiency in cloud-native platforms (AWS preferred) and container orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Expert-level experience in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Ansible) and configuration management.
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Go, or Bash for automation.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and service mesh technologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset.
