NexusScale Systems is looking for a visionary Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer to spearhead our transition to a fully automated, cloud-native ecosystem. You will play a pivotal role in designing robust CI/CD pipelines, optimizing Kubernetes clusters, and ensuring our high-availability services remain resilient in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and maintain highly scalable CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Manage and optimize multi-region Kubernetes clusters (EKS/GKE) ensuring 99.99% uptime.
- Lead infrastructure-as-code (IaC) initiatives utilizing Terraform and Ansible for automated provisioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to troubleshoot complex performance issues and latency bottlenecks.
- Implement advanced monitoring and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) for proactive incident resolution.
- Drive security compliance through automated vulnerability scanning and secrets management (HashiCorp Vault).
- Mentor junior engineers and champion best practices in cloud architecture and software development life cycles (SDLC).
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Expertise in cloud infrastructure management (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Advanced proficiency in container orchestration with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Deep experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and Configuration Management (Ansible/Chef).
- Fluent in scripting languages such as Python, Go, or Bash for automation purposes.
- Strong background in distributed systems, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancing), and security best practices.
- Proven ability to work effectively in an Agile, fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering incremental value.
