We are looking for a Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer to spearhead our transition to a fully serverless, container-orchestrated environment.
You will work with a world-class team of engineers in our downtown San Francisco hub, leveraging cutting-edge tools to solve complex scalability challenges. If you are passionate about CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and site reliability, we want to talk to you.
Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain robust, scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS or GCP.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment cycles.
- Champion Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles using Terraform or Pulumi.
- Proactively monitor system health, performance, and security across distributed environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to optimize cloud cost and efficiency.
- Conduct deep-dive incident post-mortems to improve system resilience.
- Mentor junior engineers and advocate for DevOps best practices across the organization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or SRE roles.
- Proven expertise in AWS or GCP cloud services and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Go, or Bash.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI).
- Experience with IaC tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Solid grasp of networking protocols, security best practices, and observability stacks (Datadog, Prometheus).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
