Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end clinical trial execution across multiple sites
- Lead cross-functional teams including biostatisticians, data managers, and regulatory affairs
- Develop innovative trial protocols aligned with FDA/ICH guidelines
- Manage $5M+ research budgets and vendor relationships
- Ensure GCP compliance and audit readiness
- Present findings at international conferences and peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor junior researchers and foster scientific excellence
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Clinical Research, Life Sciences, or related field
- 8+ years of clinical trial management experience
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent
- Proven track record with FDA submissions and inspections
- Expertise in oncology and rare disease trials preferred
- Strong proficiency in EDC systems (e.g., Medidata Rave)
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Publishing record in high-impact medical journals
