Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-phase clinical trials adhering to FDA regulations and ICH-GCP standards
- Oversee site management, including investigator training and protocol compliance monitoring
- Coordinate data collection, analysis, and reporting using EDC systems like Medidata Rave
- Manage regulatory submissions including IRB approvals and adverse event documentation
- Mentor junior staff and optimize clinical trial workflows for efficiency
- Liaise with sponsors, CROs, and ethics committees to ensure seamless trial progression
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research, Nursing, or Life Sciences (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of clinical trial coordination with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Active CRC or SOCRA certification with proven FDA/EMA compliance expertise
- Advanced proficiency in EDC platforms and clinical trial management software
- Demonstrated success in managing oncology or immunotherapy trials
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and crisis management experience
- Published author in peer-reviewed medical journals (strongly preferred)
